I just opened my account; how can I see my account number?
If you just opened your Clove account, you will not be able to see your account details until you have verified your address. You can verify your address by receiving and activating your card.
Where is my account number and sort code?
You can always see your Clove account number and sort code in the Clove app by tapping "Add money" on the home screen. From the same path you can also find the IBAN account details for international transfers. On the MasterCard program this information is also printed on the card.
Am I able to get a statement?
Yes, you can! Clove statements are available in-app in both PDF and Excel formats.
On Android, tap on ‘Get a statement’ in the app menu.
On iOS, tap ‘Get a statement’ in the ‘Account’ tab.
My account is locked, what can I do?
You can unlock your account through the Clove app, however you will need the identity document that you signed up with. Once locked out, just follow the instructions in the app.If your account is still locked, please check your registered email for recent messages from Clove or email us at info@clovefinancial, so that a customer support specialist can assist you.
If you have locked yourself out of the application by entering wrong password multiple times or have simply forgotten it, you can unlock your account through the Clove app, however you will need the identity document that you signed up with. Once locked out, just follow the instructions in the app.
If you are still locked out of your account, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can give you a temporary passcode for the app. The temporary passcode is valid for 24 hours only . As this is sensitive information we can provide this only over the phone.
